Privacy policy
Everything stays on your device.
Movement Games are made for children, and are usually set up by a parent, teacher or therapist. We designed them so that nothing about the child ever leaves the device they are playing on. There are no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no cookies.

The camera
The games use the camera to see how the player is moving. The browser works out the position of hands, head, body or eyes from each video frame, live, on the device.
- Video is never recorded, saved or uploaded.
- The movement positions are used to play and then discarded, except in one case below.
- The camera only turns on when a game or a reach check starts, and turns off when it ends.
Dances you record
In Dance Stars, a grown-up can record a new dance. This saves the movement positions only, never camera footage. The dance is kept until the page is closed, and a copy is downloaded as a file onto your device so you can load it again later. That file stays wherever you keep it.
The microphone
The microphone is used only if a grown-up chooses Record a cheer, to record a familiar voice that plays when the child does well. The recording is kept only until the page is closed, unless you choose to download it. Music, cheer and dance files you load are read by the browser on your device and are never uploaded.
What is saved, and where
So a child does not have to be set up again every time, the games save a small amount of information in this browser, on this device. Nobody else can see it, including us.
- Player names
- The first name or nickname typed in for each player. We suggest not using full names.
- Each player’s setup
- Choices made in Setup for each game, such as which hand or body part to use, the level, voice and music, and in Fruit Friends the comfortable reach area measured in the reach check.
- Color Quest progress
- Which areas of each picture a player has already painted, so they can carry on later.
This information is not sent anywhere and is not shared between devices. Using the same games on another tablet starts fresh.
Deleting it
- One player: in any game, choose the player, then Remove. Their setup and saved progress are deleted from this device.
- Everything: clear this website’s data in your browser’s settings. All players, setups and progress are removed.
Visiting the website
When you open the games online, the service that hosts the website receives the standard technical information any website needs to send you its pages, such as your IP address and browser type. The games themselves send nothing about you. The only requests they make are for their own files, such as pictures and the movement-tracking engine, from that same website.
Children
We do not collect personal information from children, or from anyone. Because nothing leaves the device, there is nothing for us to store, share or sell.
Not a medical device
These games are for fun and inclusion. They are not medical devices and do not provide treatment or medical advice.
